While the ideal infrastructure spend for an Africa country is approximately 5-6% of the national budget, very few countries have managed this allocation as shown in the figure.
The top 10 best performers in infrastructure in the continent according to RMB are Seychelles, Egypt, Mauritius, Libya, South Africa, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Cabo Verde and Botswana
